This intelligent semi-plug-in USB  interface card reader is centered on "convenience, accuracy and intelligence", specially designed for high-frequency and multi-scenario card reading, meeting both personal and commercial needs

 

Semi-insertable intelligent card reading makes operation more convenient. The card only needs to be inserted to one-third of its depth to trigger reading, without the need for complete insertion. This reduces the friction during insertion and extraction, lowers the probability of card wear and jamming, and is especially suitable for sensitive operation groups such as the elderly and children. It reads when inserted and stops when pulled out, with a response speed of ≤80ms. Combined with the built-in intelligent sensing chip, it can automatically identify the types of magnetic stripe cards and IC cards (customization required) without the need for manual mode switching.

USB plug and play, strong compatibility. Standard USB 2.0 interface, compatible with USB 3.0/1.1, supports mainstream systems such as Windows (XP/7/8/10/11), macOS, Linux, etc. No driver installation is required. Recognition is completed within 3 seconds after insertion, plug and play. It supports custom data output formats (such as CSV, TXT), and can adjust the baud rate and data verification methods through the accompanying tool software. It is compatible with third-party platforms such as cash register systems, member management systems, and attendance devices.

Daily maintenance: Simple operation to extend the equipment's lifespan

Regular cleaning to prevent dirt accumulation. Wipe the card reader's insertion channel and USB interface with a dry lint-free cloth every week to avoid dust and oil stains affecting the sensitivity or contact performance of the magnetic head. If there are stubborn stains in the passage, you can dip a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (75% alcohol concentration) and gently wipe it. Wait until it is completely dry before using it. Do not use water or corrosive cleaning agents.

Standardize operation to reduce mechanical wear and tear. When inserting the card, keep it level, avoid tilting or pressing hard to prevent deformation of the internal mechanical structure. Avoid plugging or unplugging the USB cable when the card reader is running to prevent sudden current surges from damaging the circuit. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply.
