Maintenance method
After the card reader has been used for a period of time, if the surface of the read-write IC contact pins is covered with dirt, it will affect the IC card read-write function. Therefore, we should perform certain maintenance and upkeep on the card machine. Specific steps are as follows:
1) Dip the cleaning card in alcohol, insert it into the card machine, and perform automatic test of the IC card. Repeat several times to clean the contacts and pins.
2) Periodic maintenance: It is recommended that the IC card contact pins, etc. be maintained every 20,000 times when the card is put in and out of the card machine.
Contact maintenance: dirt on the contact pins will cause poor contact with the IC card. At this time, the contact pins should be cleaned; the cleaning method is mainly to insert a cleaning card dipped in alcohol. Card machine, performs automatic testing of IC cards.
