The RCR-5510 excels at reading ISO7810 and 7811 standard magnetic stripe card information, as well as reading and writing EMV, 7816 PBOC 3.0 IC cards, and S50, S70, and ID card RFID cards. When inserting a contact IC card into the reader, it is important to hold the card and insert the front side of the chip IC card for optimal performance.

It is important to verify that the BPS (bits per second) rate is set correctly. The default setting is 9600bps.
When inserting a magnetic card, ensure that the magnetic stripe is facing downwards and insert it on the right side of the card reader.
When inserting an IC card, make sure the chip is facing upwards. If inserting from the front, the end closest to the chip should be inserted into the card reader first. If inserting from the rear, insert the end farthest from the chip first.
When inserting an RF card, the orientation is not a concern, but it can only be operated at the RF position.
