This barcode scanner is equipped with a CMOS imaging sensor and NFC functionality. It boasts a resolution of up to 1280 x 800 pixels even under full exposure conditions, features an internal white LED light, and offers a horizontal (left and right) field of view of 58° and a vertical (up and down) field of view of 51°. Additionally, a buzzer has been integrated to provide instructional feedback. For connectivity with external devices, the scanner supports USB, RS232, and TTL interfaces.
The scanner is capable of reading 1D EAN codes within a range of 10mm to 130mm (13mil).
For QR codes, it can scan 2D codes within a range of 0mm to 95mm (15mil).
When it comes to scanning data matrices, the scanner can read them within a range of 0mm to 60mm (20mil).

The RCQ-728 scanner features an NFC reader that is compatible with ISO 14443A and ISO 15693 standards, supporting cards like M1, 15693. The NFC card reader has a reading range of up to 5cm around the device and is compatible with Windows, Linux, and Raspberry Pi operating systems.
