It adopts a precise mechanical limit design. The card insertion depth is only 1/3 of that of the full insertion type, reducing the friction between the card and the internal structure of the card reader, lowering the probability of jamming, and extending the service life of the equipment. 

 

The inner wall of the insertion channel is made of wear-resistant ABS material and the surface is treated to be smooth to ensure smooth insertion and removal of the card. It is compatible with various standard thicknesses of magnetic stripe cards (such as PVC cards and paper magnetic stripe cards).

The core components are precisely manufactured. The magnetic head adopts imported high-sensitivity magnetic resistance elements, which can accurately identify 1/2/3 track data of magnetic stripe cards, with a reading resolution of 300-600 Oe (Oersted), ensuring stable reading even when the card is slightly worn or stained.
