Product Description

The RCD-5310 showcases an industrial design, making it highly resilient to abrasion, corrosion, and suitable for various environments, including high or low temperatures and dusty conditions. It features multiple card stay positions and utilizes a durable plastic material for the card channel. Additionally, the reader includes a reserved installation position for the card reading module. The implementation of simulated manual card issuance ensures the recognition of most deformed cards. Moreover, the active stacker installation space enhances card management efficiency. Our patented technology enables six-shift card space adjustment, accommodating cards of different thicknesses, while the employment of CNC precision guarantees consistent and precise card spacing. The RCD-5310 also offers support for Mifare 1 standard card reading, writing, and issuing capabilities.

1. Prevention of double card dispensing:
   By utilizing up and down gears swirling in different directions, the card reader ensures the prevention of simultaneous dispensing of two cards. This mechanism is particularly effective even with distorted cards, minimizing any potential card feeding issues.

2. Capability to issue distorted cards:
   The RCD-5310 has the ability to successfully issue all cards stored in the stacker under normal conditions. It can handle and dispense even the most distorted cards with the assistance of a card holder, ensuring efficient card issuance.

3. Customizability:
   The card reader is highly customizable, making it well-suited for issuing thin paper cards. Additionally, the card dispenser can be adjusted and tailored to meet specific customer requirements, providing flexibility and adaptability.

Caution

1)When opening host machine or cabinet to repair, power connected with card dispenser must be shut off to avoid damage machine.
2)Be careful of the difference of power positive and negative in the first power-on.
3)Notice the jumping line explanation in the first use. Wrong jumping line may cause machine unable to work or uncertain status.
4)Forbid hot-plugging connecting socket in the port. Hot-plugging is easy to damage control circuit.
5)Keep card dispenser clean, no oil. Greasy binder may damage the performance of card dispenser greatly.
