With a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor clocked at up to 240 MHz, the ESP32-S3 module was created with performance in mind. Additionally, there is 8 MB of PSRAM and 8 MB of external Flash memory to support the 512 KB of built-in SRAM and 384 KB of ROM. The USB Type-C port makes maintenance and updates simple.
The board features a capacitive touch panel and a 4.3-inch screen. It can show information in the RGB 65K gamut and has a 800x480 pixel resolution. Additional expansion modules can be connected via CAN, RS-485, and I2C interfaces using a set of connections. 3.7 V lithium battery charging is supported by the board. A full-speed USB port is integrated, and GPIO connectors provide flexible pin function configuration, making it simple to modify the system for a variety of tasks.
